Struq

Proof Standard

Proof you can check, labeled honestly.

Struq operates real systems and produces real deliverables. Verified client proof is being built as the first engagements complete their measurement windows. Until it exists, every artifact on this site carries an honest label so you always know what you are looking at.

The Proof Standard

Every artifact carries a label. Here is what each one means.

Most companies blur verified results, illustrative examples, and sample formats. The label is not a disclaimer. It is the information you need to decide what to trust.

Verified Client Result

A measured outcome from a real client engagement. Source, date range, and client permission are all on file before anything appears here.

Anonymized Client Result

Same verification standard as a named result. The client name and identifying details are removed. The numbers are real.

Illustrative Example

A realistic scenario built to explain how the service works. Numbers are plausible, not measured. Clearly marked so you are never guessing.

Sample Artifact

A fictional but realistic operational deliverable. Shows the format and cadence of what clients receive, not a real client outcome.

Estimated Calculation

A result generated from your own inputs in a calculator. The assumptions are shown and editable. No Struq client data is used in the calculation.

Internal Observation

A pattern observed during delivery but not yet statistically validated. Used cautiously and phrased as an observation, never as a guarantee.

Buyer Quote With Permission

A direct quote with written permission from the buyer. Attribution and source are on file before publication.

Paraphrased Buyer Insight

A buyer statement summarized without direct quotation. Not a testimonial. Not attributed to a named person.

What Exists Today

Sample artifacts. Honestly labeled.

The deliverables below show the format of what Struq builds and operates every week. They are not client results. Every one carries its label so the distinction is visible.

Working Session Output

A session result including a computed workflow gap number, a follow up draft, a control plan, and a first system recommendation. All names and amounts are fictional.

Being Measured Now

First client systems are in delivery. Verified results appear here as they complete review.

Struq is currently operating systems for its first clients. Each engagement documents a baseline on day one, runs for a defined measurement window, and produces a verified result only after the client reviews the numbers and approves the public wording.

No client names, confirmed results, or pending outcomes appear here until that process is complete. Verified proof is added as it clears review, not before.

This page is updated as verified records are added to the registry.

The Verification Process

How a result becomes verified.

The four steps between a delivery result and a public proof record.

01

Baseline at day one

Before the workflow starts, the current state is documented. Open items, aging, response times, or whatever the agreed measurement covers.

02

Measured window

A fixed period, typically 30 or 60 days. The proof target is agreed before launch, not decided after the fact.

03

Client permission

The client reviews the proposed public wording and approves it before anything appears on this site.

04

Review date and owner

Every record carries a review date. If the relationship changes or the data becomes stale, the record is updated or removed.
