These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of struq.ai (the “Site”), operated by HSC Innovations, LLC under the Struq brand (“Struq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Struq is an AI Operating Partner. We design, build, and manage custom AI workflows that run inside the systems a business already uses, with human approval kept in control. The Site provides information about our services and lets you contact us or request an AI Opportunity Roadmap. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a Statement of Work. These Terms cover your use of the Site only.

Content on the Site is provided for general information. Our messaging, including references to visible proof within 30 days, describes our approach and is not a guarantee of any specific financial result. Any commitments — including proof targets or guarantees — are defined in the applicable engagement agreement.

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and logos, are owned by HSC Innovations, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.

The Site may reference or link to third-party tools and websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HSC Innovations, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
