The quote is out.The next step still waits.
A request needs the right past application. A customer has an open question. A substitute needs review. Your experienced people know the answers, and every quote waits on them.

Three Ways to Use AI
Every business will add AI.The ones that pull ahead will run on it.Every business will add AI.Leaders will run on it.
Running on AI means connecting what your business knows with what needs to happen next. The question is who builds it, who runs it and who keeps improving it.
Option 1
Add AI features
use what your existing software can do
A strong fit when the features cover the work.
Option 2
Build it in house
own the build and the ongoing work
Your team owns the build and its continuity.
Option 3
Run on it, with Struq
the agreed work under ongoing management
- Start with one measurable sales bottleneck
- Connect approved records across your systems
- Run agreed actions and route technical decisions
- Review results and improve the live workflows
Struq is accountable for the operation.
What We Build Around
Built around your business. Not a template.Built around your business. Not a template.
Your past applications, approved assemblies, customer terms and supplier relationships shape the work. Struq connects that context across your existing software, so follow ups and handoffs reflect the account and the application.
Use what already works. Build what is missing.

Routine follow ups move within agreed rules. Specifications, substitutions and commercial commitments stay with your team. We agree access, approval steps and escalation boundaries before any system begins handling your live customer work.
Approved actions
Messages and record updates follow the permissions and rules agreed before launch.
Your technical judgment
Your specialists approve suitability, component substitutions and changes to the assembly or design.
Context with the handoff
Your team receives the request, source documents and missing information together.

How It Starts
One useful workflow. Then build from there.
Choose one product line or sales team and the work holding quotes back. Struq builds and runs the first workflow, measures what changes and expands when the results support it.
STEP 1
Find
Review where quotes stall, establish the baseline and agree the first outcome.
STEP 2
Build
Connect the relevant records and test the workflow with your sales and technical teams.
STEP 3
Run
Monitor agreed actions and bring unresolved questions to the responsible person.
STEP 4
Improve
Review outcomes, refine the workflow and agree the next useful step.
Common Questions
What distributor owners ask before starting.
You may already have useful quoting, search or sales features. Struq starts by checking what those features can handle and where work still passes between people and systems. If your existing setup already covers the need, we should say so. The opportunity is managing the remaining coordination with clear ownership.
Yes, the starting point can include quotes for assemblies and configured packages, provided your team has usable product records, approved designs and clear review steps. Struq can bring the relevant information together and carry the conversation forward. Your specialists still approve the application, component selection and final technical proposal.
Your technical team keeps those decisions. The system can collect the requested duty, approved specification, supplier documentation and relevant history for review. Missing or conflicting information is flagged. It does not approve suitability, invent an equivalent part or release a changed design without the agreed human approval.
We begin with a specific job your team already does, such as preparing the next quote follow up. The first version uses agreed information and fits the existing working day. Staff review real examples before wider use. Their corrections help us improve the system, with changes checked before release.
Usually the starting point is the software you already run. We check available access, permissions and data quality before agreeing the build. For example, Epicor Prophet 21 or TrulinX may remain the source for orders and product records. Available connections and write permissions depend on your actual setup.
We agree a baseline and a small set of measures before the first workflow goes live. These might include quote turnaround, completed follow ups, staff time and gross profit from relevant orders. Results are reviewed against comparable work, with changes in demand, product mix and capacity kept in view.
Before launch, we agree which records the system can access, who can see them and what is retained. Customer terms, supplier information and drawings stay within the agreed access boundaries. We also document the services processing the data and the review process for sensitive information or unusual requests.
The agreed service covers running and monitoring the live systems, reviewing the work they produce and maintaining the connections they depend on. We also review results with your team and improve the agreed workflows as requirements change. New workflows and larger scope changes are agreed separately, with responsibilities kept clear.
A first focused workflow may be ready in about 30 days when access, usable records and a decision maker are available. We confirm the plan after reviewing those conditions. Older systems, incomplete product information or additional technical approvals can take longer, so the timing depends on the work we agree.
Approved intake, acknowledgments and routine follow ups can be scheduled outside office hours where the agreed setup supports them. Technical questions wait for the right person, and messages make that clear. We define coverage, response expectations and escalation routes before launch, including what happens when a connection or source is unavailable.
